Trips to Quebec

A Starting Point Itinerary

Day 1:

  • Overnight bus to Quebec (depending on departure location).  Flight alternative options available!

Day 2:

  • Tour the town on a bus and end up at Old Port Quebec City with a stop for lunch at a local cafe.

  • Take a comprehensive look at the Basse-Ville (Lower Town), a UNESCO World Heritage site.

  • Dinner at a Sugar Shack

 

Day 3:

  • Journey 20 miles out of town to the village of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré and visit the basilica there. A place famed for its healing powers, take a minute to study the wall of crutches left behind by healed patrons.

  • After lunch head to the Canyon Sainte-Anne, walk along the foot bridges to see the waterfall there.

  • Head back to Quebec for a leisurely dinner.

Day 4:

  • Spend the morning visiting the Montemorency Falls, a cascade almost 100 feet taller than Niagara Falls

  • Lunch in Quebec Town

  • Have an afternoon of exploring the beauty and history of the Lower town and take a guided tour of the famous Chateau Frontenac. 

Day 5:

  • ​Depart for home
