Day 1:

• Transfer to the airport for your flight to Belize

• Arrive in Belize City and have an overview tour

 

Day 2:

• Take a water taxi to Belize’s largest Island, Ambergris Caye

• Lie on the beach in San Pedro

• Go snorkeling in the Hol-Chan Marine Reserve

• Spend some free time shopping before returning to the mainland

Day 3:

• Take a boat to the New River Lagoon

• Tour the Lamanai Mayan ruins

• See Crocodiles, pyramids, and an Old Sugar Mill

• Climb to the top of the High Temple and see the carved stone faces of the Mask Temple

Day 4:

• Cross the Mopan river by ferry

• Climb the limestone ridge to see the ancient Xunantunich Mayan ruins

• See the El Castillo temple

• Visit Chaa Creek’s Natural History Museum

 

Day 5:

• Spend the morning at the Belize zoo, and see over 45 native species of Belize

• Spend the afternoon in Belize City

• See the Baron Bliss Lighthouse, Belize’s Supreme Court, the House of Culture, and St. John’s Cathedral

Day 6:

• Hike through the jungle to see wildlife and giant cahune palms

• Learn survival skills from the Belizean Bushmen

• Zipline over the dense flora along the Caves Branch River

• Go tubing in the Crystal Cave where you will see high ceilings, stalactites and a frozen waterfall column

Day 7: 

• Transfer to the airport for your flight home
