Spend the day touring Buenos Aires

See the 9 de Julio Avenue, the Obelisk, and Corrientes Street

Stop in Plaza de Mayo and visit the Cathedral and the Cabildo

See the colonial houses and cobble stoned streets of San Telmo and the colorful zinc houses of the Boca neighborhood

Go to the old part of Puerto Madero

Tour the gardens and ponds of Palermo woods

See the Recoleta neighborhood and visit the famous cemetery

Enjoy a dinner with a Tango show before returning to your hotel
Day 4

Take a day trip to the Estancia (farm) in San Antonio de Areco to experience Argentine gaucho life

Walk through the centennial oaks, palm, eucalyptus and magnolia trees

Take a horse ride led by a gaucho guide

Take part in some of the farm activities including carriage rides, swimming in the pool, tennis, volleyball, football, pool and ping pong, or just strolling and relaxing in the park
Day 5

Transfer to the airport for your flight to El Calafate, a small town on the southern shore of Lago Argentino in Patagonia

Check into your hotel, and spend the rest of your day exploring El Calafate

Visit the Glaciarium Patagonian Ice Museum
Day 6
-
Depart for a full day touring the Perito Moreno Glacier

Take a catamaran trip into Lago Argentino for a unique view of the glacier

Go to the visitor center and stroll the walkways for views of the front and surface of the glacier where you may even see chunks of cracking glacier crash from teh ice wall into the water

Return to El Calafate
Day 7

Take an early flight to Puerto Iguazu

Spend the day visiting the Argentine Iguazu Falls National Park

See the largest waterfall system in the world, which runs between Brazil and Argentina on the Iguazu River
-
Check into your hotel
Day 8

Depart for the airport for your flight home
