Day 1:

Depart for Japan
Day 2:

Arrive in Tokyo

Take a private bus tour of Tokyo to see the Tokyo Imperial Palace, the Reiyukai Shakaden and the Shinto Shrine
Day 3:

Wake early and head to the Tsukiji Fish Market

Admire the fish preparation and take walk to the Meiji era Namiyoke Inari Shrine

Have a sushi lunch at one of the local restaurants

In the afternoon, take part in a traditional Japanese Tea ceremony and Calligraphy class
Day 4:

Start the day with a visit to the National Art Center

Take a Masterclass in Japanese Ceramic Art in Shriogane

Enjoy a traditional Bento lunch

Spend the afternoon visiting architectural marvels such as the Reversible Destiny Lofts, Nakagin Capsule Tower and 21_21 Design Sight
Day 5:

Visit the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum

Meet a local printmaking artist to discuss the history of printmaking and its evolution

Trial different printmaking methods in a printmaking workshop with a lunch break

Have a tour of the the Shinjuku Bar District to get a glimpse into modern Japanese life and entertainments
Day 6:

Visit Harajuku to experience the modern day youth culture and souvenir shopping

While in the area visit the Shibuya Mall and experience some of the concept stores on site

Finish up the trip with a tour of the Prada Flagship store
Day 7:

Depart for home
And Now for Something Completely Different
Your tour could also include taking in the hot springs and taking part in a Sumo wrestling workshop. Watch a kabuki theater performance or take part in a masterclass in Japanese cooking.
