Q: Do I really need two copies of my passport photo?

A: Yes, we need two genuine passport photos. This documentation helps expedite the replacement of a lost passport. This is important to you because if a student is unable to travel home with his or her group they are financially liable for any additional costs they might incur.

Q: What name do I put on my application?

A: Your name EXACTLY as it appears on your passport. This is important to you because there is a $100 fee (charged by the airlines) to change the name on a plane ticket and the name on the passport must be identical to the name on the plane ticket in order to fly.

Q: Am I insured?

A: For international trips Carousel Student Tours Inc. provides travelers health insurance.

Q: Does Carousel Student Tours Inc. provide additional insurance?

A: No. There are, however, a number of different comprehensive travel insurance policies available for direct purchase.
