Please fill out the Application for Homestay if you are staying with a host family during your trip.
Fill out the Application for Tour if you are traveling abroad and not staying
with a host family.
Teachers/Chaperones traveling with students, please fill out the
Chaperone Application.
If you are a family interested in hosting an exchange student, please fill out the Host Family Information Sheet.
Due to strict TSA guidelines, Carousel Student Tours is required to provide passenger information to the airlines. Please fill out this form with information as it appears on your passport.
